MGM Medical College and hospital Aurangabad was established in 1990 by Shri. Kamalkishorji Kadam chairman MGM Trust. The MGM Medical College is a constituent unit of MGM Institute of Health Sciences (MGMIHS) Deemed To be University. The campus offers MBBS course with an annual intake of 200, apart from MBBS campus offers many UG, PG and super speciality programs. Candidates who have been allotted a seat in the MBBS program at MGM Medical College are required to complete the admission process by following the steps below and submitting all the necessary documents. Step 1: Seat Allotment Confirmation Download and print the Allotment Letter generated online by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Step 2: Verification of Academic Credentials Submit 10th/SSC Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate or their equivalent, for age and academic verification. Step 3: Identity and Birth Proof Provide a Certificate of Birth or any government-issued document with your date of birth clearly mentioned. Step 4: Character and Transfer Certificates Furnish a Bonafide & Character Certificate from the head of your last attended institution. Step 5: Additional Requirements If there's an educational gap (passed 10+2 in or before 2022), submit an Affidavit Regarding the Educational Gap. Step 6: Category Documents (if applicable) If applying under a reserved category, submit: Step 7: Identity Proof of Student and Parent Submit Aadhar Card photocopies of both the student and parent. Step 8: Name Change Documentation (if applicable) Submit the Gazette Copy if there has been a change in the name of the candidate. Step 9: Declaration & Undertaking Submit Notarized Undertakings/Declarations in the prescribed formats (A, B, C, D) provided by the college. Step 10: Payment of Tuition Fees Provide Four post-dated cheques, dated 10th July 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027, for the annual tuition fees.

Submit 12th/HSC Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate or equivalent, as proof of meeting eligibility for the MBBS course.
Submit Age, Nationality & Domicile Certificate or a photocopy of a valid passport.
Submit a College Leaving/Transfer Certificate.
If applicable, provide a Migration Certificate (for students from boards other than Maharashtra State Board).
Submit Four recent passport-size photographs.
