Government Siddha Medical College offers a five-and-a-half-year undergraduate program leading to the degree of Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS). The college follows the curriculum and guidelines set by The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. Admissions to the BSMS program are conducted through the Tamil Nadu Siddha Medical Selection Committee based on the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination.
