Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025-26: Eligibility Criteria

Students who wish to participate in the Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025-26 must fulfill the necessary conditions, namely-

  • Nationality:

    1. Must be an Indian citizen of Kerala origin.
    2. OCI candidates can apply for General/NRI seats (no reservation benefit).
    3. Non-Keralites with MBBS from Kerala can apply (no reservation).
     
  • Educational Qualification:

    1. Must have an MBBS degree recognized by NMC/MCI.
    2. Completed internship by 31 July 2025.
    3. Registered with State/NMC Medical Council.
     
  • NEET PG Requirement:

    Must qualify NEET PG 2025 with the following minimum percentile:

  • Limit (for Service Quota only):

    1. Medical Education Service: Max 49 years (as of 31 Dec 2025).
    2. Health/Insurance Service: Max 47 years.

Kerala NEET PG Counselling Process 2025-26

To be able to opt seat in Kerala, student must comply with the step required for Kerala NEET PG Counselling Process, namely-

Step 1 – Registration

The primary step involved in the Kerala NEET PG Counselling Process is to do the Kerala NEET PG Registration 2025-26. Student is required to provide NEET application number and date of birth.

Step 2 – Fill Application

Post registration, student is required to fill the application form by submitting the personal information. Any mistake in filling this page or providing false/incomplete/wrong information will affect the candidate’s eligibility for admission. It is obligatory that the candidate should fill all the mandatory items in the application form.

Step 3 – Pay Application Fee

Once the form is ready, saved and finalized then the student is required to pay the application fee. 

Step 4 – Upload Images and Certificate

1. Uploading Signature
•    Sign clearly on plain white paper using black or blue ink.
•    Scan only the signature area, not the whole page.
•    Save the file as .jpg (JPEG format).
•    Image size should be 150 x 100 pixels.
•    File size must be less than 30KB.

2. Uploading Documents/Certificates

•    Must be uploaded in PDF format.
•    File size should be under 300KB.
•    Make sure the document is clear and readable.
•    Originals must be shown to the college/admitting authority when required.
•    Uploaded copies will be verified with the originals before being accepted.
•    Candidates are responsible for ensuring documents are correct and clear.
•    Fake or false documents can lead to disqualification.

Step 5 – Print Application Acknowledgement Page

Post submission of uploading documents, student can take a printout of the application form for future reference.
