Santiniketan Medical College Bolpur is a recently founded medical college in West Bengal that was built using the PPP (Public Private Partnership) model, allowing students to gain clinical experiences at Government-established rural and urban health centres.

SMC College established in 2021, offers a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) degree that lasts 5.5 years, including a year of internship and offers 150 MBBS seats. It is affiliated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences. In addition to MBBS, there are other programmes that are all approved by the National Medical Council (NMC).
