The college offers a total of 150 seats for the MBBS program. However, 34 seats are reserved for SC and ST, and the rest 15 are reserved for candidates belonging to the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category. The remaining 8 are reserved for candidates belonging to the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category. The remaining seats are filled on the basis of merit in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
