In 2015, HIMS got into existence to achieve the highest number of doctors. The college is affiliated with the Mahatma Gandhi Kash Vidyapith, Varanasi and has received approval from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
Because there aren't many private medical schools in Varanasi, Heritage Medical College has automatically taken precedence since it opened. It is situated on 12,00,000 square feet of land, with 10 lac square feet of construction already completed and the remaining space still under construction. The Heritage Institute of Medical Science is found on the outskirts of the city with the infrastructure to be improvised and developed.
The Heritage Institute of Medical Science's hospital has 700 well-equipped beds and the multispecialty care it offers to patients. The hospital provides the facility of remote clinical checks through digital mode.
The HIMS College is a growing institution. It is working to upgrade its infrastructure. The college offers a 5.5-year MBBS programme that includes a year of internship. Additionally, the academics of the college seem decent, according to the student's experiences.
Get My University after visiting the college came to the conclusion that the Heritage Institute of Medical Science Varanasi is yet to develop and take good shape in the future.
