ACMS has a total of 100 seats for MBBS and 30 seats for B.Sc. MLT. Out of the 100 MBBS seats, 85 seats are reserved for candidates who qualify under the All India Quota (AIQ).
The remaining 15 seats are reserved for candidates who qualify under the Army Quota. For B.Sc. MLT, all 30 seats are filled under the Army Quota.
