The institution achieves healthcare support through HAHC Hospital which maintains outstanding medical services at reasonable costs with its 740-bed capacity. HIMSR consists of two structures Block A and B while offering tertiary medical services at its both blocks. HIMSR earned a national status for exceptional Post-Graduate and Undergraduate Medical Education. The Medical category placed HIMSR at position 22nd through NIRF ranking 2020 assessment. HAHC Hospital works to fulfill Hakeem Abdul Hameed's dream for a human suffering institute through its founding principle "Compassion, concern, care and sharing in pain, The new advancement aligns perfectly with Jamia Hamdard's founding purpose. HIMSR serves as a medical education center of excellence which provides medical and allied subject programs ranging from undergraduate to post-graduate to doctoral levels. The July 2012 admission intake of 100 MBBS students graduated in 2017. All academic departments in their respective departments began postgraduate degree programs during the past academic year.

Admission Process

Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (HIMSR) follows these admission procedures initially. 

1.  Eligibility Criteria

 The admission requirements at Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences & Research demand students to pass cutoff standards as well as graduate from a 10+2 education with PCB subjects. Student enrollment into all Indian medical colleges through NEET examination stands as the mandatory requirement due to its central role in admissions. 

2.  Application Process

 Users need to submit their application form using the internet-based interface hosted on the KMC website as well as Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi website. 3.  NEET Examination

5.  Seat Allotment

 During counselling service, the collaboration of college choices chosen by candidates alongside their NEET score results in seat distribution. A complete list of allocated seats becomes available through the official counselling website which candidates must inspect. 

6.  Admission Confirmation

 Candidates start the confirmation process for admission after seat allocation through two essential requirements. Payment of fees. Submission of required documents for verification. Candidates must perform medical checks and complete documentation needs before completing all formalities. 

7.  Commencement of Classes

 The completion of admission procedures results in candidates receiving orientation information and details about class commencement.
