Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) is based at New Delhi, India. The college is established in 1956 and run by the Delhi Government. MAMC named after Indian freedom fighter and first education minister of independent India Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. Four leading hospitals (Lok Nayak Jay Prakash Hospital, GB Pant Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences and Guru Nanak Eye Centre )- attached to MAMC have a combined bed strength of 2800 beds and patient from Delhi and other parts of India comes here. MAMC Delhi was ranked 14th among medical colleges in India in 2019 by the National Institutional Ranking Framework in 2019.
