Step 1: Registration
Every medical aspirant is first required to register on the official website, https://upneet.gov.in and complete the necessary payments. After then, students can log in and review the seating chart to make their selections.

- The medical students must register only once on the platform.
- There should be no additional registration for participation in upcoming rounds.
- A registration fee of Rs. 2,000 must be paid, and it can be performed via the Internet using a credit card, debit card, or NET banking.
Step 2: Make a Security Deposit
After completing the registration process for Uttar Pradesh NEET counseling 2023 successfully, the next step is to pay the security deposit.
